If a tool is received damaged by UPS, call us immediately. If the shipment is from a trucking company, and is damaged or missing part of the order either refuse the shipment, or be sure to have the driver note the damage or shortage on the bill of lading before accepting it, then call customer service at 1-800-249-5591. Freight Truck deliveries alway count boxes and check for damage before you sign. You will be held responsible to file a claim with the delivery company if you let this go by.
